hi i need hep paying my power bill i have been trying to save my money so that i can pay my power but it was just not enought i have a 361 dollar power bill that i need help with i also have a 2 year old daughter that i need to have power on so that she can stay warm ... if you could help us we would apreicate it and we will get you the money back as soon  as we get the money ... but i have to have power on my daughter needs it on for her nebulizer that she was just put on
